Mazzy got to go to Build a Bear on her B-day and she got a Beautiful Pink Unicorn that is her new best friend.

I have never heard of anyone playing a BATH TUB, but if anyone can it is Mrs. Dulle.

This was the windiest day ever for Northern California. I have never seen such weather. This Tumble weed was a result from the crazy weather. Kinda Cool!

Not only was the outing to get pumpkins but the kids got to pick Heirloom Tomatoes, Pomegranates and have a Hoe Down.

Lake Tahoe!

We were lucky to spend October 16-19 in Tahoe with Glen and Merrily and The Ladd and Jen Family. We hiked, fished, visited the local parks and just hung out.
This is Mazzy teasing Gavin with her treasured flower she found walking around.

I was just gonna let Troy take the kids but Mazzy wouldn't have that.

Gavin had been dying to try fishing on the Truckee.

A favorite activity was throwing rocks in Lake Tahoe. It is amazing how long that was fun for Troy, Poppy and the Kids.

Gavin and Soccer

This was Gavin's first year of soccer and he LOVED it! He loved to run, kick and give lots of FEEDBACK to his team mates and Coach. It was a lot of fun!

Gavin was a cute Surfer Boy this summer and we were sorry to see the mop go but it was uncontrollable. He also lacked visibility during his soccer practices and games.

Happy 5th Birthday Colby!

Colby wanted a Dinosaur Party at the Park this year. Hopefully we met his expectations! The Volcano Cake was a last minute this that Lucky's did for me 1 1/2 hours before the event started. I heart Luckys!

Monterey for Labor Day Weekend!

We were lucky to go to Monterey with the Glen and Merrily, Ladd and the 3 boys and the Smyth family!

Summer Fun in SO CAL!

We were lucky to drive down to Newport this weekend and meet up with Robb, Dalee + kids, Lance, Becky + Wyatt and Glenn and Merrily. We had so much fun relaxing on the beach! Troy taught Gavin and Colby how to Boogie Board and they loved it! Colby even got up on a Surf Board.
Friday morning we went to Huntington Beach. It was not crowded and the perfect temperature and wave conditions for the family.

Gavin does not have a whole lot of insulation so he spent a good deal of time warming up on the hot sand.

Colby would start by warming up and then transform into a Sand Monkey. He enticed Simi to join his crusade and they were Sand Monkeys together.

Dalee was AMAZING! Boogie Boarding, swimming, enjoying the Beach altogether and due in October.

I was trying to get a cool family picture of Robb's family. At least a few of them, but the waves were not cooperating.

I love following Mazzy on the beach watching her do her thing.

Simi is such a sweet heart!

Troy loves car shows and managed to wake Gavin up about 6:30 am on Saturday to join he, Robb, Glen and Lance.

Saturday we went to Dana Point to meet up with Ladd, Jen and some of her family who had been up there having a family reunion the previous week

Colby was really up for anything on this trip. He is a natural Boogie Boarder and loved the Surfing experience as well.


I was trying to get Venice to smile but clearly not on the agenda!

Gavin loves hanging out with his cousin Warner. They are kindred spirits.

Ladd's family had already gotten in the car, so they missed out on this spur of the moment photo op after eating at TK Burger.

After Church on Sunday we needed to get a little energy out before the trip home. We found a perfect park in Costa Mesa and got to hang out with Robb and Dalee for a few more minutes.






It was such a fun weekend and a great way to end the Summer Vacation!
